If you already own a lot, we can provide you with some preliminary cost estimates on site work required for your lot (utilities are site specific -- for instance, some lots have access to public water while others require  a well, and costs can vary quite a bit).  If you do not own a lot, but are interested in looking for one, contact Karyn Gaynor at ourhouse@sylmar.com .  Karyn will be happy to help you locate a lot, and can work with you to have Sylmar Homes build the perfect house for you.
