From Washington/Baltimore/Annapolis: Take Route 50 East over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Turn right on Route 213 just past Chesapeake Community College, then bear left on Rt. 662. Go approx. 1 3/4 miles and turn left into The Preserve at Wye Mills.

From Easton: Take Route 50 West towards the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. Turn left onto Route 213, then bear left on Route 662. Go approximately 1 3/4 miles and turn left into The Preserve at Wye Mills.
